Terms of Service

1. Custom Orders

  • Every putter is hand-stamped and built to order—so once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
  • We reserve the right to decline designs that are offensive or inappropriate.

2. Lead Time & Shipping

  • Estimated lead time: 6-8 weeks (may vary depending on demand).
  • Tracking details will be sent once your order ships.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom putters.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@happydaze.golf within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Liability

  • Happy Daze Golf is not responsible for missed putts, bad reads, or three-putts—that’s on you.

Putter Care & Finish Longevity.

  • Carbon steel putters require proper maintenance.
  • Finishes will naturally wear over time, but keeping the putter dry and protected will extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using a headcover at all times when not in use to prevent dings, dents, and unnecessary finish wear.
  • Happy Daze Golf is not responsible for natural wear and tear of finishes over time.
